My current role is a senior position with overall responsibility of successfully setting up, implementing and running Babington Group’s new apprenticeship training agency (ATA); Babington Apprenticeships Ltd.
I am responsible for managing the ATA in its entirety which includes liaising closely with the relevant functions within the Babington Group to ensure all processes are followed as per external and regulatory requirements.
The role includes management of apprentice recruitment, relationship building within a network of employers, control of agreed budget, strategic business planning and ensuring employee compliance within Babington Apprenticeships.
Furthermore I represent Babington Apprenticeships Ltd at numerous network events, industry groups and steering committees across the East and West Midlands and the North-West.
