£1.3 million investment in digital support for students at @CofGCollege City of Glasgow College has invested £1.3m in 2,000 laptops for students to ensure remote teaching can be effectively delivered and to minimise any potential exclusion of students.  

Since April, City of Glasgow College (@CofGCollege) has delivered over 290 courses remotely, to over 2,300 employees through the Flexible Workforce Development Fund (FWDF). 

The Citizen Literacy consortium (@citizen_phonics), led by City of Glasgow College (@CofGCollege), has launched a prototype smartphone app aimed at helping tackle adult literacy. The project is funded by Nesta (@nesta_uk), the UK innovation foundation, and Ufi Charitable Trust (@UfiTrust), which supports the use of technology in vocational education.
