Over the past several years David Crisp had trouble retaining full-time employment due to personal issues, having suffered through a period of uncertainty that resulted in financial hardship. David has always been passionate about the warehouse sector with a wealth of previous experience in the industry. Following on from being made redundant at his most recent role, David was in search for a position that offered stability and job security for himself and his family.

Carl Mason was searching for a job with the help of his local Job Centre Plus (JCP), when he was made aware of the fully-funded training courses at Adult Education training provider, Innovative Alliance (@IATraining_Liv).

Adult Education training provider Innovative Alliance (@IATraining_Liv) have become one of two beneficiaries to receive laptops from The Andy Reid Standing Tall Foundation, (@AndyReid2506) helping to close the #DigitalDivide and provide vital resources to people looking to undertake training to better their chances of finding employment.

Steve, Jake and Luke recently completed a fully-funded barbering course at Adult Education Training Provider, Innovative Alliance @IATraining_Liv (IA). The course, ran in partnership with @BarbersNo1, gives learners the theoretical knowledge and practical skills to start a career in Barbering. After completing the course, the trio were offered full-time employment at the much-loved Barbers.

Adult Education Training Provider Innovative Alliance (@IATraining_Liv) have recently teamed up with a national retailer to run a Sector Academy Work Programme (SWAP). The programme is designed to provide pre-employment training for people currently out of work with the view of moving into employment at the end of the programme.
