City & Guilds has appointed Anthony Impey MBE as the new Chair of its Industry Skills Board (ISB). The ISB aims to engage and amplify employer voice to inform the skills development and government policy agenda, and in doing so help the UK and its people develop the skills needed to prosper.
As hundreds of thousands of students across the UK receive their GCSE results this week, many will still be considering what their options are when it comes to building the skills and experience they will need to enter the workplace and find a job. At the moment this isn’t always an easy question for them to answer.

City & Guilds, the established leader in skills development, has been awarded the contract to deliver two T Level qualifications under the Construction route: in Building Services Engineering and On-Site Construction. These qualifications will be available for delivery by eligible providers from September 2021.
