The #FutureofApprenitceships after COVID-19 Covid-19 has turned the world on its head. When lockdown was first announced, colleges, training providers and universities closed their doors and had to transition to 100% remote delivery overnight. It was a challenge for many organisations who had to get systems up and running for their staff and learners.
Since OneFile started out 15 years ago, we've been pioneering technology for apprenticeships. We're always developing our software to improve usability and keep up with sector reforms, so we've developed 7 brand-new features to support the new standards – from an off-the-job tracker to a portfolio showcase feature.
Reimaging Apprenticeships with @SusannaOneFile @OneFileUK @HunteLucy and @SBlyfield Covid-19 has hit sectors hard – but maybe none more so than the NHS. Our healthcare services have been under extreme pressure over the last few months, and many thought training programmes would have to take a backseat to the pandemic. This hasn’t been the case for every trust. There are many NHS trusts out there providing exceptional care to their patients – and training their workforce at the same time. It’s quite an achievement, so we invited Lucy Hunte from HEE to explain how they’ve made their delivery a success in such trying times.
